2. Services

We provide professional pest control services to domestic and commercial customers.

All services are subject to:

  • Site inspection (where required)
  • Agreement on treatment type
  • Customer compliance with preparation instructions
  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if:
  • There is a safety risk
  • The premises are unsuitable for treatment
  • Payment terms are not met

3. Quotations & Pricing

Quotes are provided based on information supplied at the time.

Final pricing may change if the infestation severity differs from initial description.

All prices will be confirmed before treatment begins.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to request payment in advance.

Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If you are a consumer booking at a distance (online or by phone), you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding pest activity.
  • Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided.
  • Ensure access to affected areas.
  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas as instructed.
  • Failure to follow instructions may affect treatment effectiveness and may void any service guarantee.

7. Treatment Limitations & No Guaranteed Eradication

While we use professional methods and products, pest control treatments cannot guarantee immediate or permanent eradication in all cases.

Results depend on:

  • Severity of infestation
  • Environmental conditions
  • Customer compliance
  • Neighbouring properties
  • Follow-up treatments may be required at additional cost unless included in writing.

8. Liability

We carry appropriate public liability insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing structural or property damage.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Access & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service if there is aggressive behaviour.
  • Withdraw from unsafe premises.
  • Reschedule if environmental conditions are unsuitable.
